Lane7: Manchester’s best night out in the gutter.

Lane7 has already taken the UK by storm with almost 20 locations across the country. It’s a one stop venue for bowling, beers, street food, and arcade style entertainment including pool and ping pong to name but a few.

It’s this wide range of activities all under one roof that quickly secured Lane7’s title as one of the best things to do in Manchester – but you don’t have to be a tourist to check it out. Whether you’ve visited Lane7 in other cities or are new to the experience, there’s one thing the brand always gets right: it knows how to have a good time and will guarantee that you have one too.

What to expect from Lane7 Manchester

Bowling, pool, ping pong, beer pong if you’re over 18, and karaoke if you stay into the night. There’s a lot to do at Lane7 Manchester and you might not fit it all into one visit. But that’s okay: you’ll want to come back anyway.

The food is run by a pop up kitchen but always serves top quality American diner inspired fare that makes Lane7 one of the best places to eat in Manchester – something you might not expect from a bowling alley. But then nothing about Lane7 is expected. Drinks range from bottles of beer to experimental cocktails and everything in between… It’s an added bonus but that’s not really what you’re there for. You’ll want to keep it relatively sober to fully enjoy all there is to do at Lane7 Manchester.

What you should know about Lane7 Manchester

Under 18s aren’t allowed in without an adult and must leave the premises by 7pm so this isn’t the kind of bowling alley that’s going to be filled with kids hogging the arcade games. Lane7 is a place where you can indulge in a childish sense of fun whilst in the good company of adults.

The best thing about Lane7 is the sheer variety of things to do. So if bowling isn’t your idea of a great night out, you can try your hand at beer pong, table tennis, pool, and even karaoke instead. If you’re visiting the city for the weekend, you could even visit Lane7 for food, drinks, and fun before you night out in Manchester.

Though the website states that under 18s must leave after 7pm, it’s definitely a child friendly location during the day and should rank on your list of things for families to do in Manchester at any time of year. In fact, during school holidays Lane7 opens from 11am every day of the week.
